It emphasizes the importance of SIF precursors\, high-risk activities\, and controls. Common safety systems like Job Safety Analysis (JSA)\, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)\, pre-task risk assessments\, and equipment inspections are discussed. The module also covers safety measurement and dashboarding\, detailing the supervisor’s role in ensuring these systems are effective.\nModule 3 “Sources of Error and Injury”: addresses the phases of human action where mistakes and errors occur\, along with mitigation steps.
