Glenn Murray has helped a number of organizations better understand their current culture and the leaders’ influence on culture.  He provides best practices advice that helps drive sustainable safety improvement.

After serving as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army, Glenn progressed through a number of positions in the oil & gas industry in Marketing, Distribution, and EHS.

During his long EHS tenure in industry, Glenn led or played a critical role in a number of key projects, including multiple EHS management system cycles of improvement, integration across major energy companies, the development of manufacturing best practices, the deployment of EHS leadership principles, prevention of Serious Injuries and Fatalities, and led a project focused on preventing and eliminating Higher Potential Consequence Events.

Glenn was instrumental in the formation and launch of the Campbell Institute at the National Safety Council and remains an active volunteer and Fellow of the Institute.  Glenn is a volunteer staff member with ORCHSE Strategies.  He is a member of the Advisory Board for the Center of Visual Expertise (COVE) at the Toledo Museum of Art.

Glenn received his Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Houston.
