- Jeff is the former Corporate Safety Director of Alcoa. He was responsible for developing strategies to improve the company’s global safety performance in its drive toward zero injuries. As a critical part of that role, there is a focus both human and operational performance directed toward fatality prevention worldwide for both employees and contractors.
- Jeff has 35 years of environmental, health and safety (EHS) experience with Alcoa, having served in numerous plant, business unit, corporate and line management positions.
- Jeff served as North America Director Safety and Regional EHS Services at Alcoa for six years. The primary focus of this position was to direct and manage the regional shared-resources for environmental, health and safety as well as preferred EHS contract service providers across the business units in Europe and North America.
- Jeff served as Dixie Wire Location/Operations Manager for Alcoa Fujikura Ltd for 2 years 3 months. The primary focus of this position was to direct and manage the commercial and manufacturing operations for a wire mill, and two insulating plants that supplied insulated conductor for the automotive, HVAC, appliance, truck and trailer markets in North America. Total revenue for this operation was approximately $75 million dollars annually. Return on invested capital ranged from 12-20% under his leadership.
