DESCRIPTION:Join Martin Dean\, Karen Hewitt\, and your peers in the Birmingham area for a face-to-face discussion on serious incident and fatality prevention. \nWhile in most industries and companies’ incident rates decline\, the frequency of serious incidents often stays flat. Senior leaders frequently tell us of their concern for serious incidents and fatalities (SIFs). They feel frustrated when investigations reveal they have a culture in which people don’t follow procedures designed to protect them. It’s common for them to say\, “What was that person thinking?” and then ask\, “What should we be doing to create a culture that protects our people from serious and fatal events?” \nKrause Bell Group has done significant research on the subject during the last years and has developed new insights and approaches.
