In today’s business environment, the prevention of serious incidents and fatalities (SIFs) is not just a safety issue — it’s a leadership imperative. Yet many operational and safety executives struggle to effectively embed safety into the culture of the organisations they lead.

Our May 2025 workshop is designed for organisational leaders at the corporate and site level who want to take proactive, effective steps to eliminate SIFs and implement sustainable SIF prevention strategies within their organisations. Over two days, experienced Krause Bell Group executive consultants will provide actionable insights, strategic frameworks, practical tools, and hands on support to help you better understand the elements that contribute to serious incidents and fatalities and, more importantly, help you build an action plan to prevent them.

This workshop is designed specifically for senior leaders, from director to executive level, who worry about having a serious incident or fatal event in their organisation and want to make meaningful changes to their safety strategies. We find it is most effective when representatives from the safety and operational teams from the same organisation attend the sessions and collaborate on their safety challenges together, offering special pricing to help facilitate these partnerships.

When and Where Will the Workshop be Offered?
The workshop will be offered in Amsterdam at the NH Schiphol Airport which is conveniently located at the Schiphol airport

The sessions will begin at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, May 14^th and run through 4:00 PM on Thursday, May 15^th. In order to get the full value out of the planned sessions, we strongly recommend arriving the night before. Participants who are flying should book their return flights no earlier than 5:30 PM on Thursday.

Registration Details
Your registration fee includes the immersive, 2-day workshop lead by Krause Bell Group executive consultants, followed by post-workshop coaching calls.

Lunch and snacks will be served each day, and you will be invited to a networking reception the evening of Wednesday, May 14^th. After you register, you will be sent a link for a discounted group rate at the hotel.
