Kristel has over 20 years of experience in project management , in safety related environments, supporting (complex) projects from start to completion, while enhancing the client experience with her strong customer focus. She is an expert at leading high performance client support teams and developing strong internal/external relationships.

• At Krause Bell Group, Kristel focuses on project management and marketing strategy for the EMEA region while supporting the global team.
• Prior to Krause Bell Group, Kristel was a Project Manager in a safety consulting environment, where she successfully managed a multilingual client services team.
• Kristel has managed a recruitment agency; owns a freelance business providing voice-over, acting, and creative support.
• Kristel received her bachelor’s degree in management (2003, Leuven-Belgium). She is fluent in Dutch, French, and English with advanced notions of German.
