These goals included dramatically reducing Serious Injuries and Fatalities (SIFs) and the ambition to have the safest operations in the world.
In this webinar, David Libby from Krause Bell Group and Ellis Jones will discuss the SIF Prevention work they did together at Goodyear before Ellis joined the Krause Bell Group team as an Executive Consultant. They will tell the story of how they worked together to reduce SIFs and transform business results at a US-based facility with over 2,500 employees. They will also share how learnings from the work on this site supported Goodyear’s global operational goals by being integrated into Goodyear’s enterprise SIF Prevention plan.
