This two-day masterclass is designed specifically for site-level leaders who are pivotal in shaping organizational culture and driving safety performance. Grounded in Krause Bell Group’s extensive research and the foundational principles from the book 7 Insights into Safety Leadership, this program offers practical tools and strategies to enhance leadership effectiveness and foster a proactive safety culture.

Through interactive learning, reflection, and feedback, participants explore the behaviors that shape safety—and discover how to embed them into their daily leadership practice.

When and Where Will the Workshop be Offered?

The masterclass will be offered in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, close to the airport.

The sessions will begin at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, October 15^th and run through 4:00 PM on Thursday, October 16^th. In order to get the full value out of the planned sessions, we strongly recommend arriving the night before. Participants who are flying should book their return flights no earlier than 5:30 PM on Thursday.

Registration Details

Your registration fee includes the immersive, 2-day workshop lead by Krause Bell Group executive consultants and prework customized to your organization.

All participants will receive a copy of our book 7 Insights into Safety Leadership.

Lunch and snacks will be served each day.

The early bird rate of € 995 is valid until September 12, 2025. After that date, the rate will go the regular rate of € 1,395.

This masterclass is designed to give Plant Managers and Site Directors new tools, skills, and techniques via practical, hands-on approach. This approach builds skills and confidence, enabling participants to immediately apply what they learned to the sites that they manage

Cancellation policy: This event is subject to rescheduling or cancellation. If there is an organizer need to cancel,  your registration fee will be refunded. If there is an organizer need to reschedule, you will be notified and given the opportunity to request a refund if the new date/time does not work for you. Please note, your registration fee is independent of any separate travel arrangements you make to attend the event and as such you are responsible for any travel or related expenses incurred.
