About the Webinar
Prior to joining Krause Bell Group, Ellis Jones was the Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer at a multi-national manufacturing organization, his team had the goal of dramatically reducing Serious Injuries and Fatalities (SIFs) in support the organization’s larger ambition to have the safest operations in the world.
This webinar, Ellis and David Libby will share how safety improvement works in a real-world environment, highlighting how they leveraged the key principles from the book “7 Insights Into Safety Leadership.” They will detail how they worked together to reduce Serious Injuries and Fatalities, improve culture, and transform business results at a US-based facility with over 2,500 employees and how the success achieved on that site were implemented throughout the organization, supporting SIF Prevention efforts at the enterprise level.
