Eduardo is a Senior Executive in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), with over 25 years of experience in large and global companies. He has led strategic initiatives in governance, data intelligence, incident analysis, and operational risk management to elevate health, safety, and environmental standards across organizations.

His career includes leading corporate functions and multidisciplinary teams across different countries in Latin America and the World, with direct involvement in complex industrial operations as well as organizational transformation projects.  He has strong experience in creating and structuring new HSE areas, managing high-complexity crises (such as the COVID-19 pandemic), and implementing integrated management systems aligned with international standards and local regulatory requirements. Eduardo has worked with companies such as Vale S.A., DuPont, KPMG and IBM to name a few.

He has a strong ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and regulatory agencies, with a proven track record of driving safety culture, reducing incidents, mitigating critical risks, and strengthening corporate governance.

He is fluent in both English and Portuguese languages, with international experience and a continuous focus on delivering business value. Eduardo is a Mechanical Engineer and holds an MBA.
