Senior Consultant – Krause Bell Group
Partnering for People
At Krause Bell Group, we believe that when organizations truly invest in people, performance follows. Through our Partnering for People approach, we work alongside clients in safety-critical environments to strengthen leadership, build trust, and create cultures where people can do their best—and safest—work.
We’re seeking a Senior Consultant who can lead complex engagements, build deep client partnerships, and translate people-centered strategy into real-world impact.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that safety, culture, and leadership are deeply connected—and knows how to influence all three.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with organizations where worker safety and reduction of error is critical
- Provide input internally to training material that will best suit a client’s needs
- Do background work to understand your client and best ways to communicate with and engage them in learning, personal development, and organizational change.
- Facilitate high-impact workshops, leadership sessions, and conversations that drive alignment, accountability, and behavior change
- Ability to diagnose challenges and co-create practical, people-centered solutions
- Integrate leadership, culture, and safety into cohesive strategies that improve both human and operational outcomes
- Turn insights (data, interviews, observations) into clear, actionable recommendations that stick
- Support clients through implementation to ensure sustainable change: beyond giving them good ideas they need to maintain changed behavior and practices.
- Contribute to business development through relationship building, proposal input, and expanding existing partnerships
- Mentor co-workers and help strengthen our collaborative, purpose-driven culture
What You Bring
- 7+ years of consulting or related experience (organizational development, leadership, safety, HR, or strategy)
- Experience training in safety-critical environments (e.g., construction, energy, manufacturing, transportation, healthcare, or similar)
- Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to engage frontline teams through Operations Leadership
- Exceptional communication skills—able to simplify complexity and inspire action
- A balance of strategic thinking and practical execution
- Comfortable navigating complex, high-stakes environments where trust and credibility matter
- A relationship-first mindset and the ability to build partnerships that go beyond transactional consulting
- Software skills: Microsoft Office.
What Sets You Apart
- Experience connecting leadership behavior to performance outcomes and culture
- Ability to influence across all levels of an organization—from frontline workers to senior executives
- Skill in designing and delivering experiences that shift mindsets and behaviors, not just knowledge
- Curiosity, humility, and a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to conduct business meetings and trainings in Portuguese, Spanish, French and other languages is a plus.
