Don has worked in the health and safety field for over 45 years. He has twelve years in the chemical industry as an Industrial Hygienist and Safety Professional, then for over 30 years in Safety and Health Consulting.

As a consultant, Don has worked with hundreds of diverse companies worldwide, conducting assessments, guiding culture change efforts, increasing employee engagement, enhancing metrics, reducing exposure and injuries, and aligning systems. Don maintained the designations of Certified Industrial Hygienist and Certified Safety Professional for over 25 years. He has two master’s degrees, one in Environmental Health Sciences and another in Education, with a focus on Adult Learners.
