Lucio Gurgel is a senior executive with over 35+ years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), working in national and multinational organizations in the chemical, petrochemical, and mining sectors. Throughout his career, he has developed solid operational and strategic experience, with a strong focus on cultural transformation and the development of strategies aimed at excellence in safety and organizational performance.

He has a Chemical Engineering degree from Universidade Salvador with a postgraduate degree in Safety Engineering from Universidade Federal da Bahia, as well as extensive experience at all levels of manufacturing—including operations, maintenance, logistics, engineering, construction, quality, and HSE—having worked from the industrial plant field to operational and corporate leadership positions. This trajectory provides him with an integrated business vision and a unique ability to connect strategy to execution.

As an Executive Consultant at Krause Bell Group, his work is geared towards the development of individuals, teams, and leaders, focusing on building a robust organizational culture capable of sustaining accident-free environments and promoting consistent safety results.
