  • For more than three decades Rebecca has partnered with leaders from the frontline to C-Suite on their personal and organizational journeys to help create excellence in safety and beyond. Having worked at the frontline with both employees and supervisors, Rebecca is able to navigate and share insight into what it really takes to engage employees in creating successful change.
  • Rebecca has partnered with leaders from over 20 countries in a wide range of industries. Some of the results she is most proud of include:
    • A Canadian Petrochemical client achieving several safety milestones, ranging from a notable reduction in serious injuries and fatalities, to the successful completion of a multi-year construction project having more than 8,000 on-site contractors and zero injuries.
    • A Global Protein client achieving its goal of eliminating amputations.
    • A National Over-the-Road Trucking client successfully navigating multiple organizational challenges through a global pandemic, while keeping a visible commitment to protecting people and controlling exposure.
  • Rebecca believes protecting people is a moral and noble pursuit, making a clear business case. Leaders who know what they want and know to prompt and reinforce it are effective leaders, and leaders who can execute this in a way that engages and connects the hearts and minds of employees leave a legacy of excellence – safety, high employee retention, productivity, stock value, and tapping into discretionary effort – a win all around.
  • Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Chemistry from St. Mary-of-the Woods College. A Certificate in Industrial Hygiene from the University of California, Irvine.
