This two-day masterclass is designed specifically for operational leaders who are pivotal in shaping organizational culture and driving safety performance. Grounded in Krause Bell Group’s extensive research and the foundational principles from the book 7 Insights into Safety Leadership, this program offers practical tools and strategies to enhance leadership effectiveness and foster a proactive safety culture.

When and Where Will the Masterclass be Offered?

We have two “7 Insights into Safety Leadership” Masterclasses scheduled for 2026: one in March that will take place in Vienna (Austria) or Berlin (Germany) and one in October in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

The sessions will begin at 9:00 AM on day 1 and run through 4:00 PM on day 2. In order to get the full value out of the planned sessions, we strongly recommend arriving the night before. Participants who are flying should book their return flights no earlier than 5:30 PM on Thursday.

Registration Details

Your registration fee includes the immersive, 2-day masterclass lead by Krause Bell Group executive consultants and prework customized to your organization.

All participants will receive a copy of our book 7 Insights into Safety Leadership.

Lunch and snacks will be served each day. After you register, you will be sent a link for a discounted group rate for room bookings at the hotel. This e-mail will be separate from your registration confirmation.

We offer an early bird rate of € 995 and a regular rate of € 1,395. We offer a 10% discount for the second registration from the same company. The discount code will be provided in your order confirmation. If you would like to register multiple people at the same time, please contact us so we can provide you with a code.

Cancellation policy: This event is subject to rescheduling or cancellation. If there is an organizer need to cancel,  your registration fee will be refunded. If there is an organizer need to reschedule, you will be notified and given the opportunity to request a refund if the new date/time does not work for you. Please note, your registration fee is independent of any separate travel arrangements you make to attend the event and as such you are responsible for any travel or related expenses incurred. Refundable or flexible travel bookings are recommended since the organizer is not responsible for or able to issue refunds for anything other than your registration fee if the event is cancelled or rescheduled to a date you are unavailable.
