OJAI, CA (August 14, 2023) — Krause Bell Group Chairman Dr. Thomas Krause announced today that Rebecca A. Timmins has been appointed Managing Director for the Americas.

Rebecca brings deep experience in organizational safety, helping leaders create cultures that optimize performance. She applies her practical experience with proven methods to help leaders enhance organizational functioning.

“We are very pleased that Rebecca will bring her extensive experience and talent to Krause Bell Group,” said Krause. “Rebecca earned her Master of Science degree in systems management, and most notably for Krause Bell Group, this came with a specialization in decision analysis which will support Krause Bell Group’s unique Safe Decision Making® technology.

Founding partners, Thomas Krause and Kristen Bell, wrote the 7 Insights into Safety Leadership and launched Krause Bell Group in 2015 to help prevent workplace injuries and fatalities through strategic leadership and improved decision making.  Their approach to industrial safety and leadership, bridges industry experts with data-driven methods to provide solutions which can be systematically implemented, evaluated, and improved throughout all levels of their clients’ organizations.
