David helps U.S. and multinational organizations improve both safety and operational performance. With 30 years’ experience working both internally and as an external consultant, he brings a hands on, practical approach to improving safety leadership, culture, and performance. As President of Consulting Services at Krause Bell Group, he’s responsible for delivering expert consulting to our clients and advancing innovative approaches to safety improvement.

Chuck has had 25 years of executive level experience, including 15 years running his own successful software company. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies across industries, both in the U.S. and internationally. Chuck brings this background to Krause Bell Group where his vision is to help companies ensure that their people, find themselves in the safest and most productive work environment possible.

Filip has 20 years of professional experience and spent half of his career working in the safety field. Sought after for his valuable insights, Filip has helped senior executives develop and execute strategic safety improvement initiatives. He has helped leaders at all levels make real and sustainable safety improvements by becoming stronger safety leaders.

Rob has partnered with global enterprises to strengthen safety leadership and enhance organizational culture. In a career that spans four decades, Rob has worked as a consultant, a trusted advisor, and a business owner. He has directed safety leadership improvement in the mining, automotive, agriculture, utilities, chemical, marine and oil & gas industries.

Raúl Alvarado has been working with senior management teams on strategy, operations, and technology for many years, bringing a keen ability to develop simple, easy to understand, and pragmatic approaches, that yield impressive bottom-line results.

Rebecca Timmins is an expert in the organizational safety industry, helping clients improve and optimize business outcomes by focusing on the levers known to predict outcomes.
