Presentation Content
Their presentation will outline how accurate SIF classification, system-level process improvements, and proactive leadership engagement can substantially enhance safety performance across public and private sectors, including:
- Sharing groundbreaking findings from a Krause Bell Group study which analyzed more than 10,000 workplace incidents and 680 high-severity potential events.
- Exploring why many organizations misclassify high-risk events as low risk — and how this misunderstanding can conceal serious injury and fatality (SIF) potential.
- Helping leaders learn how to apply these learnings to reduce serious injuries and fatalities in their organizations.
