He has worked with Fortune 500 companies across industries, both in the U.S. and internationally. Chuck brings this background to Krause Bell Group where his vision is to help companies ensure that their people, find themselves in the safest and most productive work environment possible.

Filip has 20 years of professional experience and spent half of his career working in the safety field. Sought after for his valuable insights, Filip has helped senior executives develop and execute strategic safety improvement initiatives. He has helped leaders at all levels make real and sustainable safety improvements by becoming stronger safety leaders.

Raúl Alvarado has been working with senior management teams on strategy, operations, and technology for many years, bringing a keen ability to develop simple, easy to understand, and pragmatic approaches, that yield impressive bottom-line results.
